REFS Australia was founded because we saw too many new brokers struggle alone. Passing the Cert IV is just the beginning — the real learning happens on your first live files.
We started as working brokers ourselves. We remember the uncertainty of those first client conversations, the complexity of lender policies, the pressure of compliance. We built REFS to be the support we wished we'd had.
